Revive the place, move fast, deliver with clarity.
This café project had to be completed within a short timeframe. Instead of demolishing too much, we took a smarter route — reusing what we could and introducing simple materials that allowed faster execution while still aligning with the client’s dream.
The outcome is a cleaner, more refined Restoran Kayangan identity that feels intentional and elevated. It is a good example of how design is not just about appearance — it is also about managing the process, the brief, the constraints and the delivery.
